new home of The Print Source, a leading large scale printing company.
Panalpina: Represented this global leader in freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management services to acquire over 30,000 square feet of warehousing and distribution space to serve southcentral Kansas.
Sterlinghouse Manor (now Alterra): Over 100
sites selected nationally.
Security Self Storage: Profiled over 100 sites
in each of three metropolitan areas and three states for this Wichita-based national
storage company.
All American Automotive: Identified multiple
locations in the Wichita area to relocate due to road construction project; acquired
a site not currently on the market from a major oil company and arranged for
lot split and zone change to allow for the use; helped the client maximize value
by developing a retail strip center on excess land.
KoSa: Identified multiple locations in Charlotte,
NC and Houston, TX to establish 57,000 s.f. regional and 20,630 s.f. world headquarters
for a global polyester manufacturer.
Foley Equipment Company: Identified multiple
sites and acquired a new 20-acre sales and service facility for this Caterpillar
dealer in Salina, KS; developed strategy to annex site into city and plat and
zone the property to meet the needs of the client.
