Mr. Unruh is a partner with InSite Real Estate Group. He has been a real estate broker since 1987 and has been involved in commercial brokerage, commercial development, and corporate real estate disciplines. As a director within a corporate real estate department, Mr. Unruh was personally responsible for the acquisition and disposition of multiple real estate parcels in most U.S. states and in more than 16 foreign countries. Mr. Unruh is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a graduate of the Barton School of Business at Wichita State University with a major in international business and a minor in economics. He is a lifelong Kansan and is married with two children.
